Can we send any report on a schedule and setup alert emails?
With courier can we send any report on a schedule we choose rather then them only running in the morning? Also can we easily set up customer alert emails for appts etc if we want an email to go to a client the morning before an appt?

You can set up an embedded report in the email message within Courier.
Yes, you can set up courier to send appointment reminders as we do offer the functionality to send out emails on a schedule (day/time).
